Christians are never given more than one day to live. It is called today.
Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly
calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle
and high priest... So, as the Holy Spirit says:
“Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts... ~ Hebrews 3:1,7,8
Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath;
the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a
garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last
forever, my righteousness will never fail. ~ Isaiah 51:6
